Terms Of Trade

Financials:

Cash in advance for first time buyers.

Net 15 days after credit is established.

All overseas orders must be pre-paid before your order is produced.

Note: Invoices for International orders show product costs only, and do not include bank transfer fees or other bank or wire charges which are the responsibility of the Buyer.
 

Lead-Time:

Lead time will vary based on products ordered.

If your order is needed by a specific date please check with us in advance so we can schedule production to meet your deadline.

We will advise an anticipated ship date when we confirm your order.

Shipping Methods:

For orders within USA and Canada we ship by UPS and Fedex Ground whenever possible.

Larger/Heavier LTL (less than truckload) orders will be shipped by common carrier.

Large volume orders for assembled tables, furniture, and other equipment may be shipped by dedicated truckload or air-ride furniture van.

International Orders are by carrier designated by the customer. All international orders should be shipped through your customs broker.
